The Foundations of The Tree Flow
The Tree Flow Method is built around 4 complementary Pillars that work together to support Nervous system regulation and create lasting change.
❊ The Method
Sophrology
01
A structured mind–body practice combining breath, gentle movement, and visualisation to support nervous system regulation and inner balance.
Somatic Work
02
Body-based practices using gentle movement and the body’s natural responses to help release deeply held tension and support deeper regulation.
Breathwork Techniques
03
A range of structured breathing techniques selected according to specific outcomes, each engaging different patterns of regulation within the body.
Insight & Integration Tools
04
Tailored tools, structured questionnaires, and guided reflections designed to support awareness, track progress, and provide practical takeaways to integrate after each session.
Individual Journeys
One-to-One Sessions
Tailored Approach
Each one-to-one session is tailored to your needs.
An initial consultation allows us to identify your priorities and define the focus of the sessions.
We can work together on:
Stress and anxiety
Periods of overwhelm or emotional pressure
Recent changes in mood, energy, or sleep patterns
Low energy or persistent fatigue
Sleep challenges or waking up feeling tired despite a full night’s rest
Preparation for important events
Specific fears or phobias
Areas of Specialisation
ADHD, particularly late diagnosis in women, supporting the understanding of sensory overload and emotional intensity that often become more visible during life transitions
Hypersensitivity, supporting the shift from overwhelm to strength, helping sensitivity become a strength rather than a limitation
Emotional regulation, developing the ability to navigate intense emotions, reduce reactivity, and restore a sense of internal steadiness
Hormonal and life transitions, including perimenopause, often marked by shifts in mood, sleep, focus, and energy
Burnout prevention and recovery, supporting the restoration of energy, boundaries, and sustainable daily balance
How It Works
We begin with an initial consultation to understand your needs and priorities.
Sessions are then designed around your specific outcomes, allowing space for integration and gradual change over time.
Most individuals benefit from a cycle of around five sessions.
Sessions take place in South Kensington, in a calm and private setting, or via Zoom for clients based abroad or unable to attend in person.
Small Group Sessions
What to Expect
Each session is built around a theme that invites reflection and a personal intention before the practice begins, offering space to pause, connect inwardly, and prepare for the practice.
Gentle somatic movements and breathwork techniques to release tension and support nervous system regulation
Guided awareness and visualisation practices connected to seasonal themes
A calm and supportive group atmosphere
An optional moment of sharing at the end of the session, offering space for reflection if you wish to share your experience
Locations
Group sessions are offered in two settings, depending on the season and conditions, and are held in either English or French depending on the group composition.
Hyde Park — Seasonal Outdoor Sessions
Outdoor sessions begin with a meeting point, followed by a short walk during which a simple reflection and intention are introduced. We then settle in a chosen space within the park to begin the practice.
Practising outdoors offers a unique sensory experience, allowing you to reconnect with your breath, your body, and the natural world through sound, light, and movement.
South Kensington — Indoor Friday Sessions
Indoor sessions take place on Fridays in a calm and welcoming practice space in South Kensington, offering continuity throughout the year. A short reflection and intention are also introduced before the practice begins.
How to Join
Group sessions are offered seasonally, with new dates shared in advance.
If you are interested in joining a future session, you are welcome to register your interest and will be informed when new sessions become available.
Corporate workshop at Sony Music Publishing | London, 16th March 2026Corporate &
Leadership
Context
Within corporate and leadership environments, sustained pace, responsibility and continuous decision-making often leave limited space for recovery.
Stress and Cognitive load demands tend to accumulate gradually across roles and teams, frequently without immediate awareness. Over time, this ongoing pressure can affect clarity, focus, emotional regulation and overall performance.
Supporting individuals and teams within these environments becomes essential to sustain consistency, resilience and effective decision-making.
The Approach
The Tree Flow offers a structured, experience-based approach designed to support regulation, clarity and sustained performance within demanding professional environments.
Combining guided movement, breathwork and focused awareness, sessions create practical moments of reset that can be integrated into the rhythm of the workday.
Each collaboration is thoughtfully adapted to the needs of the organisation, leadership group or team, ensuring relevance within the specific operational context.
Formats
Sessions are designed in flexible formats, allowing integration within a variety of professional environments and organisational rhythms.
Formats may include:
• Team workshops supporting focus, stress management and collective resilience
• Leadership sessions designed to enhance clarity, presence and decision-making
• Short series of sessions supporting sustained integration over time
• Regular programmes embedded within teams or departments
• Targeted sessions during periods of increased demand, transition or organisational change
Curated Wellness Environments
Context
Within curated wellness and hospitality environments, wellbeing is often offered through a wide range of experiences designed to restore, relax and inspire.
Yet, structured approaches centred on nervous system regulation often remain the missing layer that supports lasting balance and resilience.
Without this essential foundation, guests may benefit from relaxation in the moment, yet lack practical tools that support deeper regulation and sustainable wellbeing.
The Approach
The Tree Flow introduces a structured method centred on nervous system regulation, designed to complement and deepen the impact of existing practices.
In many wellness environments, experiences are often built around a single pillar: such as yoga, breathwork, or mindfulness; each supporting wellbeing in its own way.
The Tree Flow brings together four complementary Pillars: Sophrology, Somatic Work, Breathwork Techniques and Insight & Integration Tools; working in combination to support more complete and sustainable nervous system regulation.
Formats
Sessions are designed to integrate naturally within existing wellness programmes, either as complementary experiences or as part of a structured offering.
Formats may include:
• Workshops, integrated into existing schedules or offered as special events
• Guest facilitation, supporting retreats, immersive programmes or curated experiences
• Short immersive series, designed to deepen participant experience over several sessions
• Collaborative programmes, developed in alignment with the philosophy and rhythm of the space.
Bio
Sophie Nataf is a certified Sophrologist and nervous system practitioner, and the founder of The Tree Flow Method.
She has lived in London for nearly twenty years, bringing a multicultural perspective and a deep commitment to nervous system regulation.
A late ADHD diagnosis, emerging during a period of hormonal transition, and years of sustained over-adaptation eventually led to burnout. At the time, the experience had no name. Without clear answers or the right tools, she began searching: to understand what had happened, and why recovery felt so difficult to reach.
That search became a path.
She trained in Sophrology at The Sophrology Academy, building a structured foundation in mind–body regulation and guided awareness. She later deepened her understanding of exhaustion patterns and long-term recovery through The Burnout Academy. In 2026, she completed the Lifestyle Medicine and Wellness Coaching Immersion at Harvard Medical School, studying the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, including sleep, movement, stress regulation, nutrition, social connection and sustainable health behaviours.
Through this journey, one thing became clear: lasting regulation requires more than a single technique. It depends on several complementary dimensions working together.
This is the foundation of The Tree Flow Method.
Today, she works with women navigating burnout, hormonal transitions and late ADHD diagnosis; women who sense that something within them has shifted, and are searching for a structured path back to clarity, steadiness and inner alignment.
She also partners with organisations and curated environments seeking to bring meaningful nervous system support into workplaces and wellbeing spaces.
