Sustainable Performance
High performance is often measured by how much we can take on. It depends just as much on how well we recover. Participants explore the rhythm of a working week: the first signs that tension is building, and the moments to step back before energy runs out. Through breathing, gentle movement and short relaxation exercises, they learn to release pressure as they go, so that energy and clarity last through the week.

Managing Stress
At work, pressure builds up over time: a sustained pace, constant demands on attention, little time to recover. Often it goes unnoticed, until it starts to affect focus and sleep. Participants learn to recognise how stress shows up in their own body: tight shoulders, a shorter breath, a racing mind. They practise simple breathing techniques and tension-and-release movements, each taking only a few minutes, to release excess tension between meetings or before a demanding moment.

Navigating Change & Uncertainty
At work, change has become constant: new structures, shifting priorities, decisions not yet made. Uncertainty can be harder to live with than change itself, as the mind keeps running through what might happen. Participants learn grounding and breathing techniques to stay steady in the present moment. Guided visualisation then helps them approach what lies ahead with more confidence and clarity.

Resilience Under Pressure
Resilience is not about enduring more. It is about building a steadiness from within, so that pressure does not take over. Participants learn to stay grounded when demands pile up, to notice where their energy goes, and when to protect it. Through breathing, body awareness and visualisation, they come back to what matters to them: a steady point to return to when the pressure rises.

Focus & Productivity
Notifications, back-to-back meetings, switching from one task to the next: attention is pulled in many directions at once. Over time, it becomes harder to stay with one thing. Participants learn short breathing and body-awareness practices that bring attention back to the task in hand. A few minutes are enough to clear the mind before focused work, a meeting or an important decision, so that attention goes where it is needed.

Team Dynamics
Under pressure, tension spreads quickly through a team: in the tone of a meeting, in the way people listen and respond. Practising together offers a shared pause, outside usual roles and deadlines. Participants learn to notice their own reactions before responding, which brings more ease to the way they work together. Simple breathing exercises become a common practice the team can use on its own, to open a meeting or to reset after a difficult one.
Context
Lasting performance relies on more than skill and strategy. Within corporate and leadership environments, sustained pressure, workload and cognitive demands build over time, often unnoticed.
As responsibilities increase and pace accelerates, clarity, focus and effective decision-making may become harder to maintain.
Without simple tools to manage that pressure, stress accumulates, energy and focus begin to suffer, and exhaustion can set in.
The Approach
Sophrology is a mind-body method combining conscious breathing, gentle movement, body awareness and guided visualisation.
Sessions are guided practices, and participants leave with simple tools to help manage stress, stay calm under pressure and sharpen focus. Each takes only a few minutes and can be used anywhere: between meetings, before a presentation or at the end of a demanding day.
Formats
Each theme can be explored in a single workshop. For deeper integration, an opening workshop can be followed by a short series of sessions, spaced to suit your team’s working rhythm. All that’s needed is a quiet room with chairs: no mats, no special clothing.
Introductory workshop: a single session to discover Sophrology, for an away day or a wellbeing week
Group sessions: 45 to 60 minutes, in person, for groups of up to 15
Executive sessions: one-to-one support for leaders, for clarity and presence under pressure
Themes may include:
